Set-Up Boxes

    For many years the stronghold of the box industry was the rigid set-up box. If you are unfamiliar with these boxes they are usually paper wrapped, do not fold and are shipped assembled. An unimaginable variety of papers are available to wrap these boxes. Printing, stamping, embossing and windowing are also available. These boxes are widely used to package anything from jewelry to games. Many people including ourselves believe this is still the most elegant and strongest of all paper packaging available.

 

Folding Boxes

    With the advent of larger and faster die-cutting machinery, better gluing machines and higher quality printing machinery the folding box has gained popularity. Due to its folding construction it is shipped flat and set-up after shipment, thereby reducing shipping costs and reducing the space necessary to store these boxes. Printing, stamping and embossing is available on these boxes as well as windowing and other special configurations.

 

Vinyl Boxes

    If you have a product that you want visible while inside its packaging, the vinyl box is the perfect choice. Our vinyl box is flexible transparent PVC that ranges form six to twelve gauge in thickness, is clear and glued with transparent glue on the corners. These vinyl boxes may be used as lids in conjunction with our set-up boxes as a display box when you just want to display the top of the product, while still maintaining the rigidity of a set-up box.

 

Vinyl Folding Boxes

    When you need a folding box that is completely transparent a vinyl folding box is the solution.This box, like a regular folding box is shipped flat and set-up after shipment, reducing the space necessary and keeping the shipping costs to a minimum. Printing and stamping are available to on these boxes.

 

Inserts

    Special die-cut and vacuum-formed inserts are available to enhance, display and protect your product. Printing, stamping and embossing are available, as well as laminating with a paper matched to your outside box.

 

Cosmetic

    For the cosmetics industry we manufacture both printed and plain transparent disks in any size or shape. These transparent Mylar disks are widely used in ladies cosmetic cases as a protector between the cosmetic and the applicator.

 

Specialty

    We can manufacture special folders for gift certificates, ties and other flat items. We make boxes with built in hang tabs in a variety of configurations.If you need further protection for your product we can furnish a cardboard sleeve to slip over the box. This keeps the box closed as well as protecting the finish during shipment.Odd shapes sizes and configurations can be made also.
